Is the front page dead, and is personalization the answer?

In today’s world, keeping up with the news can be tedious, overwhelming – even exhausting. Particle is using AI to help news consumers understand more, faster. The Particle news app makes sure readers know the important points of the day’s top stories and lets them dive deeper into topics they care about most from a variety of angles.

One aspect of Particle’s mission is to elevate journalism by partnering with publishers and highlighting them as sources for the apps’ news summaries. Since launching in November, Particle has announced partnerships with publishers including Reuters, AFP, Newsweek, and Fortune.

Co-founder and CEO Sara Beykpour, formerly a senior director of product at Twitter, will be at Nordic Media Days to explain how the app organizes information to give a full picture of every story, share insights from users, and discuss how the team has developed models to minimize hallucination and deliver fair, quality information.
