Wondering about anything related to Nordic Media Days? Here are the most common questions!
Where and when is the next conference?
Nordic Media Days takes place every May at Grieghallen in Bergen. Next year’s dates are May 6th –8th 2026.
When does registration open?
General registration opens on 15 January 2026, but keep an eye out for Early Bird offers before that!
Who attends?
We bring together a broad range of professionals from the media industry in Norway and the Nordics. The conference is also highly relevant for those working in PR/communication, tech, public sector, film, and more.
When is the programme released?
We publish sessions continually from January 15th when registration opens. The full programme with timings, speakers, and rooms is ready a couple of weeks before the conference starts.
What does it cost to attend?
The standard price for 2025 was NOK 8,600 excl. VAT. Prices for 2026 will be announced when registration opens on 15 January 2026.
Will I get digital access?
All Nordic Media Days attendees get digital access for one month after the conference. Please note that recordings are only made from the main hall, Peer Gynt. It is not possible to purchase a digital-only pass.

Where should I stay?
Our festival hotel is Hotel Norge by Scandic, but there are several good hotels within walking distance of Grieghallen. You can book hotels at a discounted rate through our registration form or contact us at post@mediedager.no
Is there an evening programme?
Yes, we offer evening events on both Wednesday and Thursday. More details and timings to come.
