Paari Krishnamurthy

Paari Krishnamurthy has spent the past decade working across technology, strategy, operations, and customer experience, with a focus on how AI can transform the way organizations serve customers and run complex workflows.

He began his career in investment banking at Goldman Sachs and later worked in strategy consulting at Bain & Company. Since then, he has held increasingly senior roles across the technology sector, spanning strategy, operations, customer success, and AI deployment. He was also the co-founder of a generative AI startup focused on helping fiction authors create and develop stories.

Paari has worked with enterprise customers in financial services, healthcare, and other complex industries to deploy AI agents and automation at scale. Most recently, he has been at OpenAI, where he leads strategic programs focused on transforming customer experience and helping organizations adopt AI in practical, high-impact ways.

Paari lives in California with his wife, son, and dog. Outside of work, he is an avid reader of science fiction and fantasy, and is especially interested in the intersection of AI, storytelling, and the future of human-computer interaction.
