Michelle Kadir

Michelle Kadir has been a driving force in the digital and music industries for over 20 years. She began her career as one of the earliest employees at Spotify, where she served as the first female member of the product and technology organization, helping scale the platform from a startup into a global leader.

Throughout her career, Michelle has held key leadership roles at major media companies, including Sony Music, where she led the development of an innovative artist app that won Music Ally’s Best Music App award in 2016. Her work has consistently focused on the intersection of product innovation and creative partnerships.

Currently, Michelle is the Head of YouTube Northern Europe, where she oversees the platform's regional growth and brings together cross-functional teams to support creators, media companies, and music partners. She also serves on the Google Sweden leadership team, driving the company’s broader strategic goals in the region.
